Orders & Merchandise

How long does shipping take?
All merchandise is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. After production your order ships and arrives within 5–10 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–17 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with your order number and photos of the issue. Submit your claim within 30 days of delivery and we will resolve it within 48 hours. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy at heraldsoffreedom.com/returns.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all products are made on demand specifically for you we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind. We do accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please see our full Returns & Refunds policy at heraldsoffreedom.com/returns.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only.

I have a community member discount code. Where do I enter it?
Enter your discount code HOF10 at checkout in the discount code field. It will apply 10% off your total order automatically.

Donations & Freedom Partners

How do I cancel or change my recurring donation?
You can manage your recurring Freedom Partner donation at any time through your Donorbox account. Log in at donorbox.org with the email you used to donate. You can pause, change the amount, or cancel your recurring gift anytime. You can also contact us at heraldsoffreedom@gmail.com and we will help you make any changes.

I donated but did not receive a receipt. What should I do?
Donation receipts are sent automatically by Donorbox to the email address you provided. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it contact us with your name and donation date and we will help you locate it.

Are my donations tax-deductible?
Heralds of Freedom Inc. is a registered nonprofit organization. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your donation. Your Donorbox receipt can be used for your records.

I made a donation by mistake. Can I get a refund?
If you made a donation in error please contact us within 7 days at heraldsoffreedom@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Community Membership

I joined the community but did not receive my welcome email or discount code.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it contact us using the form below with the email address you used to sign up and we will resend it manually.

How do I unsubscribe from community emails?
Every community email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it at any time to stop receiving emails. You can also contact us directly and we will remove you from the list.

How do I submit a prayer request?
Visit heraldsoffreedom.com/community and scroll to the Prayer Wall section. Fill out the private form — only the Heralds of Freedom group sees your submission.

Booking & Events

How do I book Heralds of Freedom for my church or event?
Visit heraldsoffreedom.com/booking and fill out the booking request form. We respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and discuss details.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. For holiday season events contact us as early as possible.

Is there a fee for your ministry?
We operate on a love offering basis for most church services and ministry visits. For concerts and special events contact us to discuss. We never let finances prevent ministry from happening.
